Start with the thing you were trying to do
'I need two cleaners to see next week's jobs' is a perfectly good opening. So is 'I moved a task and now I can't find it.' Tell me which page you were on, what you expected and what happened.
If you saw an error, include its exact wording. A screenshot helps, with customer details covered up. If it's an account question, use the email address associated with that account when you can.
A few things to leave out
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, tax identifiers or customer lists. We can start with a description of the problem.
If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, put that in the subject line. Support is by email; there isn't a phone support line or a guaranteed reply time.

Pricing explains the owner, teammate and free light-user roles. The walkthrough follows a piece of work through the app. Accounts and data explains what happens when someone leaves a company workspace.
Questions & answers
Can I ask whether BizzyBot fits my business?
Please do. Describe your work, who needs to see or change it, and the part that gets messy. That gives me something useful to answer.
What if I don’t recognize a Stripe or Link charge?
Email customer@bizzybot.com with the charge date and amount. Stripe handles payments for BizzyBot, so its name can appear on a statement. Leave the full card number out of the email.
Who is this for?
Are you a builder, a baker, a candlestick maker? Got a pulse and a small-business dream? Pull up a chair.
A few businesses that can use BizzyBot:
- Shop owners
- Consultants and designers
- Builders and tradespeople
- Repair shops and salons
- Cleaning and landscaping businesses
Starting out or already juggling customers, jobs and a calendar that won't sit still? Keep the details together so your head doesn't have to hold every last one.
What's the difference between owners, teammates and light users?
Owner: $12/month. The person who runs the business workspace, manages billing and decides who gets access.
Teammates: $6 per person, per month. They create or change projects, tasks, schedules and events, and use the calendars. Their permissions decide what they can change.
Light users: $0 per person, per month. They can view schedules and the jobs they're assigned to in the owner's workspace. People who edit that work need a teammate seat.
