Signing in and connecting a service are separate choices
Google or Microsoft sign-in confirms your identity. It doesn't, by itself, connect Gmail, Outlook, Drive, OneDrive or your calendar. Email-and-password sign-in is also available. Passwords are hashed, and traffic is encrypted in transit.
Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online each ask for a separate connection. Read that service's permission screen before approving it, even if clicking through would be quicker.
What the connections do
Google Calendar can bring selected events into your view and copy supported BizzyBot meetings to Google. You choose whether each calendar's event details stay private or are shared under the workspace's access rules. The stored Google refresh token is encrypted. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and requests revocation.
QuickBooks Online access is for the owner. It lets the owner work with customer and invoice information and review invoices made from saved work. Disconnecting BizzyBot doesn't undo invoices or other records already created in QuickBooks.
Before a person leaves the workspace
Company work needs a home after its creator leaves. Under the current policy, eligible work owned by that person transfers to their manager, or the workspace owner when there is no manager, and leaves the departing person's account. The policy explains the transfer conditions and exceptions.
Private work follows a different rule: when someone leaves or is removed from a company workspace, their private work there is permanently deleted, including their own copy. Current Private controls are available for tasks and calendar events; the policy also covers older private records. Tell people about this before they choose what to mark Private.
Closing a workspace is a deliberate process
The privacy policy does not set an inactivity deadline for deleting unused accounts. Closing a shared workspace is a separate choice in Settings.
After a requested closure, the workspace stays live through the paid period, then becomes read-only. Thirty days later, its shared data is permanently deleted. You can cancel the shutdown before deletion. Export anything you need to keep before that date; legal retention exceptions are explained in the policy.

Does Google sign-in connect my calendar automatically?
No. Signing in establishes your identity. Calendar access requires a separate connection and permission.
Does removing somebody cancel a paid seat?
No. Removing a person and canceling a paid seat are separate actions. Check Settings and the billing terms if you want to reduce the number of seats you pay for.
Can I recover private work after leaving a company?
The current policy says private work in that workspace is permanently deleted when you leave or are removed, including your own copy. Read the Private-work rules before leaving.
