Three kinds of access, one workspace
Your whole team doesn't need the same set of keys. The owner manages the workspace and billing. Teammates create or change projects, tasks, schedules and events, within the permissions you give them. Light users can view their schedules and assigned jobs for free.
For example, an owner, two editing teammates and five light users cost $24 a month before tax. The five people checking where to be on Monday don't turn that into a seven-seat bill.

Keep the tools you need
Projects, customers, calendar tools, team messages, templates and Flows are included. Show the modules you use and hide the ones you don't. You can enjoy a good settings rabbit hole without buying a more expensive feature tier.
Connections to outside services are included in BizzyBot, but those services have their own accounts and charges. In particular, a QuickBooks Online connection doesn't include a QuickBooks subscription.
Try your own kind of busy
The free trial gives you one hour to explore, with no card and no e-mail required. Try a customer, a project and a change of date. If you're bringing a team, look at the view they'd use too.
The owner workspace is paid after the trial; light-user access remains free within that workspace. Trying it doesn't start a paid subscription.
Before you change a subscription
Adding a paid seat charges a full month for that seat when you add it. Canceling a seat takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Removing a person from the team frees a seat for somebody else; it doesn't cancel the seat.
Cancel the subscription from Settings to stop future renewals. Access continues through the period already paid for. Refund exceptions and the full renewal terms are in the terms of service.
Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout. The calculator shows the software subtotal so you can compare team sizes before you buy.

Do light users need a paid teammate seat?
No. Light users can view schedules and assigned jobs for $0 in the owner’s workspace. Someone who needs to edit projects, tasks, schedules or events needs a $6 teammate seat.
Is there an annual commitment?
BizzyBot’s plan is billed monthly. You can cancel from Settings; access continues through the period you paid for.
Why does the charge say Stripe or Link?
Stripe handles BizzyBot’s payments as merchant of record. Your receipt or statement can use a Stripe or Link identifier. If a charge is unclear, email customer@bizzybot.com so we can help identify it.
