Keep the customer’s next step in view
Jobber's client hub lets customers approve quotes, check appointment information and pay invoices. Its scheduling tools include routing options. Those are useful capabilities to keep in your requirements if the crew relies on them. (Jobber client hub; Jobber: routing)
A cheaper calendar may leave you buying the rest somewhere else. On the other hand, a business that already handles estimates and payments comfortably may be looking for a better home for tasks, notes and team schedules.
Read the team-size setting as carefully as the price
On 15 September 2026, Jobber listed one-user Core at $29/month billed annually or $49 with no commitment. Five-user Connect was $149/month billed annually or $199 with no commitment. The one-user Connect headline is a different configuration. (Jobber pricing)
When comparing quotes, write the number of included users beside the price. Add the billing term, the features you need and any add-ons. It is surprisingly easy to compare one person's annual price with five people's monthly bill.
The BizzyBot option
BizzyBot costs $12/month for the owner and $6 for each editing teammate. Light users who view schedules and assigned jobs cost $0. An owner with one editor and three light users costs $18 before tax; an owner with four editors costs $36.
The workspace includes project tasks, customer notes, calendars, crew schedules, team messages, templates and Flows. Job locations can appear on a map. That map is a view of the work, not live vehicle tracking or automatic route optimization.
QuickBooks Online handles invoices through the owner's connection. BizzyBot doesn't provide Jobber's quote-and-card-payment workflow, so check where those steps will live.
If dispatch and payments belong together
Housecall Pro also publishes scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing and payment tools. Put it on the shortlist if you're changing field-service systems and those steps need to stay together. (Housecall Pro feature directory)
Give each candidate the same messy day: an urgent call, a job running late and an absent technician. Ask the person who will use it to make the changes. Watch where they pause or need help.
Keep a small migration small
Test contacts and a few upcoming jobs first. BizzyBot's contact importer uses a CSV template; past invoices, proposals and signed records need their own migration or retention plan.
Choose a quiet handover point and decide which system owns the schedule from then on. Two calendars that both look official are an excellent way to end up at the wrong house.

Questions & answers
Is BizzyBot a complete Jobber replacement?
Only if the work you need fits its scope. It can cover jobs, tasks, customer notes and crew planning. It does not supply the same quote, dispatch, tracking and card-payment process.
Can the crew check jobs without paid editing seats?
Yes. Light users can view schedules and assigned jobs for $0 within the owner’s workspace. Creating or changing work requires a paid teammate seat.
Who is this for?
Are you a builder, a baker, a candlestick maker? Got a pulse and a small-business dream? Pull up a chair.
A few businesses that can use BizzyBot:

Starting out or already juggling customers, jobs and a calendar that won't sit still? Keep the details together so your head doesn't have to hold every last one.
What's the difference between owners, teammates and light users?
Owner: $12/month. The person who runs the business workspace, manages billing and decides who gets access.
Teammates: $6 per person, per month. They create or change projects, tasks, schedules and events, and use the calendars. Their permissions decide what they can change.
Light users: $0 per person, per month. They can view schedules and the jobs they're assigned to in the owner's workspace. People who edit that work need a teammate seat.
