BizzyBot connects to two accounts you may already keep, and each asks for its own permission, separate from signing in. Google Calendar shows the calendars you choose beside the work, and a private calendar can show teammates you're busy without the details. Bizzy Bookings, the booking link inside BizzyBot, checks those events before it offers a customer a time. It can also add a Google Meet link and copy each booking into your Google calendar. QuickBooks Online shows the owner customers, invoices and balances. An invoice you start from saved work is created in your QuickBooks company, and sending it is a separate step you confirm. Neither connection reads Gmail or opens Drive or Docs files. Disconnecting leaves your saved meetings and QuickBooks invoices in place. Both come with the owner workspace at $12 a month.
Google Calendar is useful when appointments and business work need to share your attention. QuickBooks Online is useful when saved work is ready for the owner to turn into an invoice.
Each guide explains the direction of the connection and what remains in the outside service. Connecting is optional, and outside subscriptions have their own costs.
